Ground conditions and typical properties
Esher and Claygate sit on the edge of the Green Belt, with a mix of larger detached properties on spacious plots and more modest homes on tighter sites. The soil here includes clay-heavy ground that needs proper drainage management, particularly on larger gardens where water has to be handled across the whole plot.

Working around existing structures
We're set up for exactly that. We plan the build around what's already there — keeping mature trees where they should stay, working to existing walls, tying new paving into old levels. He holds a Level 2 Diploma from Merrist Wood College and an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Safety. Dean Carmen brings over 40 years in landscaping and groundworks to the team.
